THE NEED

There is a growing number of studies that show that American children are not receiving a healthy amount of physical activity or exposure to outdoor environments. This in turn has been negatively impacting the quality of sleep and overall health. These studies have lead to a greater awareness about the benefits of forest and nature based programs across the US.
